1. How do I place an order?

2. Why are there products on the website that I cannot buy online?

The majority of our  product range is available in our online shop. However, only products with available stock will appear with the "BUY" button.

The rugs are made of wool and polyester.

5. How long does shipping take?

The shipping takes around 5-7 Days and it is guaranteed.

 

6. How do I track my order?

7. Are these rugs washable?

Yes! you can wash the rugs easily with machine.

 

8. Can I return the rugs?

No! Since these are the customization product we can not approve returns, in fact, if you are not satisfied with the product, we can offer you a new one or a 30% Voucher.
